摘要

结扎大鼠一侧大脑中动脉（ＭＣＡＯ）造成局灶性脑缺血模型，经用电针刺激，研究对其体重、行为、被动性条件反射、血液流变性、脑梗死面积及脑组织病理学指标的影响。结果表明：电针能明显改善ＭＣＡＯ大鼠急性期神经行为症状，显著延长被动性条件反射潜伏期，降低全血低切粘度，缩小脑梗死面积。促进软化坏死灶内新生毛细血管和胶质细胞增生修复，减少坏死灶周围区水肿和炎症反应。提示电针对急性局灶性脑缺血具有明显的治疗作用。
