摘要

本文采用牵引态下针刺疗法和非同步针刺配合牵引治疗颈椎病（含颈椎间盘突出）８９例。结果显示，治疗组在优良率和＂首次获效率＂上均明显高于对照组，治疗的疗程也有明显的缩短。我们认为在牵引增加椎间隙的状态下，立即加以针刺，此时肌肉的强烈收缩所产生的力量更易于改变压迫物与受压或受刺激的组织之间的位置关系，并使之在牵引解除之后不再恢复到治疗前的状态。
