摘要

本文测定了４００例人体各部骨度分寸、手指同身寸及简便取穴法的数据。经统计学处理，三者之间有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．００１），且手指同身寸各项指标也不一致，简便取穴法与手指同身寸及骨度分寸法的符合率极低。因此，笔者认为，针灸的标准取穴法只能是骨度分寸法，为避免临床治疗取穴方面的误差，应不用或少用手指同身寸比量取穴法和简便取穴法。
