摘要

本文对２０例外源性支气管哮喘患者进行针刺治疗，观察血清ＩｇＧ。、ＩｇＥ水平变化和白三烯Ｄ_４（ＬＴＤ_４）对白细胞粘附抑制试验（ＬＡＩ）的影响。结果表明，针刺疗法对血清ＩｇＧ_４和ＩｇＥ水平影响不大，而引起ＬＴＤ４对ＬＡＩ的影响显著，阳转阴率达７４％。
