摘要

将急性心肌缺血雄性家兔３０只随机分为模型、针刺天池和针刺非腧穴３个组进行观察。用５－核苷酸酶、琥珀酸脱氢酶、ＰＮＡ和ＣＡ荧光等组化方法，分别显示肾上腺皮质和髓质，并用图象分析仪定量比较，观察肾上腺皮质和髓质在心包经与心脏相关联系中的作用。实验结果表明，针刺天池穴可减少ＣＡ分泌，阻止ＣＡ耗竭、并可增加５－核苷酸酶、琥珀酸脱氢酶和ＲＮＡ的反应量，有增强皮质细胞功能的作用。
