摘要

本文对采用Ｆｒｅｕｎｄ氏完全佐剂复制的实验性ＲＡ大鼠，用麦粒灸大椎、肝俞、脾俞、命门、肾俞穴，并加用三棱针在关节肿胀部位刺络出血，每日１次，治疗２１天。观察结果，灸刺组全血高切比粘度、高切比还原粘度明显低于造模组（Ｐ＜０．０５）和激素治疗组（Ｐ＜０．０５）；其红细胞压积亦低于正常组，但与造模组、激素组无显著差异；关节病变改善与造模组有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），全身情况康复近似正常组。
