摘要

本实验用静脉注射垂体后叶素造成家兔急性心肌缺血，观察电针“内关”穴对急性缺血心肌电活动等的影响。结果发现：①急性缺血心肌细胞ＲＰ、ＡＰＡ及Ｖｍａｘ均明显降低，ＡＰＤ延长，电针“内关”对这种电变化有抑制作用。在延髓腹外侧区贴敷纳络酮后，电针效应明显减弱。②急性心肌缺血时，血浆、心肌和延髓组织中的ｃＡＭＰ、ｃＡＭＰ／ｃＧＭＰ比值增加，电针“内关”可减弱这种变化。结果表明：电针“内关”对急性缺血心肌的电活动稳定性有保护作用，其作用途径与激活延髓腹外侧区阿片受体有关。
