血液流变学性质改变在老年病的发生、发展，特别是在衰老与延缓衰老过程中起着重要作用。本研究发现艾灸可明显改善老年及老年前期者的全血粘度、全血还原粘度、血沉、血沉方程Ｋ值、红细胞聚集指数等血液流变学性质，这对改善微循环功能、减轻或消除体内瘀血状况、延缓衰老，具有重要意义。
