摘要

结扎基底动脉后夹闭双侧颈总动脉１０分钟，造成大鼠全脑缺血再灌流损伤模型，观察了电针对其保护作用。结果表明：与模型组相比电针可延长皮层脑电图（ＥＥＧ）消失时间、缩短ＥＥＧ出现时间和恢复时间、降低脑组织含水率和Ｃａ＋＋、Ｎａ＋含量、降低脑组织过氧化脂质（ＬＰＯ）含量。表明电针对大鼠全脑缺血再灌流损伤有保护作用。
