摘要

本文选健康成人５０例，首先测试吸烟前后肺血流图的变化，随即观察针刺孔最穴后对其影响。结果表明，吸烟能使肺内有效循环量减少，导致肺组织血、氧供应不足，进而影响心、肺功能，产生一系列心肺方面的疾患。针刺孔最穴后，能及时改善肺部血流状况，具有良好调节性效应，起到保护心和肺脏的作用。故可将孔最穴作为戒烟有效穴位之一。
