摘要

本文通过针刺不同穴位，对四组共１０１例孕妇进行了临床观察。结果，耳神门组和三阴交组都具有缩短产程的作用，与阳陵泉组和空白对照组比较有显著差异。其中耳神门组的作用最强，从临床观察看，其镇静止痛作用也较好。而阳陵泉穴即使配上合谷穴，对产程也没有影响，与对照组比较无统计学意义。
