摘要

本文通过笔者多年的教学体会，从以下几个方面剖析了腧穴的功用：即①借鉴古代文献的记载；②归纳各穴的主治病症；③根据腧穴所在经脉及所络属脏（腑）的生理功能；④根据有关腧穴的类别；⑤腧穴与针刺手法的关系；③根据腧穴实验研究所得的资料。探索和研究腧穴的功用，不仅可以方便教学，而且对今后腧穴功用的统一规范化，将会起到一定的推动作用。
