摘要

针刺前后脑地形图变化比较，结果表明采用本法可以减少中风患者病理性高功率（θ及δ）波的出现，改善两侧脑电波的级差，从而提示脑细胞功能的恢复。针刺即刻即有疗效，持续治疗效果更佳（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１）。这无疑对醒脑开窍针刺法的临床疗效提供了一定的客观依据。
