摘要

采用隔蒜灸治疗难治性肺结核患者８０例，经灸治后，患者临床症状、体征均有不同程度改善，有效率为６５％。同时机体细胞免疫功能低下状态得到纠正，表现为ＯＫＴ４（ＴＨ）细胞数量增高，ＯＫＴ４／ＯＫＴ８异常比值纠正，ＩＬ２及ＮＫ细胞活性增强。提示艾灸可能是通过增强Ｔ辅助细胞功能，促使ＩＬ２合成、释放增加，促进ＮＫ细胞活性以及调整ＴＨ／ＴＳ比值而起到治疗作用的。
