摘要

应用针刺足三里为主穴及三阴交等为配穴，进行针刺前后的ＳｌｇＡ含量变化的观察。每日１次，１０次为１疗程，３～４疗程后检测前列腺液中ＳｌｇＡ的含量、发现针刺前平均４７．６７±３０．６４，针刺后增加到１６８．８４±８４．９５（Ｐ＜０．０１）。前列腺液的细菌培养，由针刺前的５８％阳性率，针刺后降至４２％，资料说明针刺足三里及其配穴，具有提高前列腺局部的免疫功能。
