摘要

应用本法监测排卵观察疗效。结果表明，对卵泡发育正常者疗效肯定，成功率７８．６％。对部分卵泡发育障碍者，有促使卵泡成熟、诱发排卵之功效。超声在观察排卵的同时，能及时发现盆腔炎症，利于临床消除病因。针刺疗法确能疏肝解瘀，调理冲任，消肿散结而达到受孕目的。
