摘要

本文认为，＂气血多少＂理论是《内经》对脏腑经脉的功能活动状态的高度概括，是一种病理模型。因此，它不是一种固定不变的＂常＂量，而是随脏腑经脉的功能活动的变化而变化的一个＂变＂量。各经＂气血多少＂可根据经脉所过部位的毛发生长情况，皮肉的色泽、温度及所属脏腑的功能状态来确定。该理论可用以指导针灸临床的补泻、选穴和判断针刺的得气状态。
