摘要

本文对采用Ｆｒｅｕｎｄ氏完全佐剂复制的实验性类风湿性关节炎大鼠施以麦粒灸，并加用皮肤针在关节肿胀部位叩刺出血，每日１次，治疗２１天。结果：灸刺组ＲＢＣ·Ｃ３ｂＲＲ显著高于模型对照组、激素治疗组及正常组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；其血浆皮质醇也高于模型组及正常组（Ｐ＜０．０５及＜０．０１）；关节病变减轻，全身一般情况亦近似于正常组，而明显优于激素治疗组。
