摘要

本文采用自制中药饼（附子、肉桂、丹参、红花等药），在中脘、气海、足三里、大肠俞、天枢、上巨虚等穴位上对４１例肠易激综合征（ＩＢＳ）患者作隔药灸治疗，总有效率达９２．７％，明显优于西药对照组（总有效率为６２．５％）。免疫学观察结果表明：隔药灸治疗后，ＩＢＳ患者血清ＩｇＭ含量显著下降，外周血总Ｔ淋巴细胞与Ｔ＿８￣＋细胞数目明显上升，Ｔ＿４￣＋／Ｔ＿８￣＋细胞的异常比值也得到有效地纠正。进一步证明了隔药灸对机体免疫功能的调节作用。
