摘要

本实验从胃肠病理学等方面研究了电针对化疗大鼠胃肠功能的保护作用。结果表明，电针可避免化疗大鼠胃粘膜变薄及壁细胞减少，防止肠粘膜上皮坏死及浅层腺体剥脱，阻抑粘膜内纤维组织的灶状增生。电针还可抑制胃粘膜的兴奋性，降低其对化疗药物刺激的敏感性，从而起到保护胃肠的作用。
