摘要

本文开展醒脑开窍针刺法与传统针刺法治疗后遗症期中风的比较研究。收治８４例，其治疗结果显示，醒脑组与传统组相比，基本治愈率分别为２８．２６％，５．２６％；显进率为４７．８３％，２３．５８％，存在非常显著性差异和显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１，Ｐ＜０．０５）。醒脑组在血液流变学、血脂等指标的改善，均明显优于传统组，说明醒脑开窍刺法有改善血液浓、粘、凝、聚及降血脂作用。
