摘要

本实验以狗的肝胆汁流量为指标，观察不同状态下针刺＂日月＂穴对胆汁分泌的影响。结果，麻醉较浅电针后胆汁流量增加；而麻醉较深则针刺效应不明显；进食能引起胆汁分泌增加，而电针后不能加强食物的利胆作用，相反使胆汁分泌减少，趋于正常。表明＂日月＂穴的针刺利胆效应与实验对象的机能状态有密切关系。
