摘要

治疗组取天柱、大杼、颈椎夹脊压病点等穴位，留针３０分钟，２０天为一疗程；对照组用萘普酮、脑活素、维生素Ｅ等药物，２０天为一疗程。结果表明，红细胞压积治疗前后的变化，治疗组中气滞血瘀型有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），气虚血瘀型有明显差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），而气滞血瘀型治疗组与对照组比较有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）。观察临床症状的改善，针刺治疗组明显优于西药对照组，气滞血瘀型明显优于气虚血瘀型。
