摘要

本文观察了５６例无明显器质性病变的中老年人用保健灸法时其血浆中超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）和过氧化脂质的主要降解产物丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）的变化。结果显示，保健灸具有提高中老年人血浆中ＳＯＤ活性、降低ＭＤＡ含量的作用。认为保健灸是强身健体、防病延衰、自我保健的有效方法之一。
