摘要

大椎穴刺血拔罐法治疗椎基底动脉供血不足４７例，结果痊愈１６例，显效１２例，好转１０例，无效９例，总有效率为８０．８％。本法的作用机理是通过刺血拔罐起到活血化瘀，舒筋活络，调节阴阳的作用，以达到祛邪的目的。
