摘要

选择具有喘息、喉鸣症状的支气管哮喘或慢性喘息型支气管炎患者１００例，分别电针少商、鱼际、太渊、经渠、列缺、丘墟、肺俞，观察７穴对咳喘患者即刻平喘作用的特异性，结果肺俞平喘效果最佳，丘墟效果最差，上述肺经５穴效果次于肺俞优于丘墟，统计学处理有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．００５）。肺经五穴间比较无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。说明穴位因其所属经脉及分布部位的不同，其平喘作用有相对的特异性。
