摘要

近年来采用以“益气温阳、调神复脉”为原则的针刺疗法进行治疗，并与西药对照组对照。结果，针刺组心律失常发生率下降，心律失常治愈率两组基本相似，但总有效率较西药组略高。本文并对针刺治疗急性心肌梗塞合并心律失常的机理，从传统医学角度和现代医学角度进行了研究、讨论，证实针刺在心脏急症治疗学的重要地位。
