摘要

笔者根据中医辨证分型，取膀胱经穴、华佗夹脊、督脉等穴位，对２１例强直性脊柱炎患者进行针挑治疗，取得较好疗效。其中，显著好转８例，好转１１例，无效２例，有效率为９０．５％。本文提出了强直性脊柱炎辨证分型与传统痹证分型不同，并讨论了针挑方法的特点，作用和原理。
