摘要

４０例公寓生活、生活自理的老年人经神阙、足三里穴行温和灸，每次每穴１０分钟，隔日１次，连续２个月后，采用１２５Ⅰ标记放射免疫法检测其灸前，灸后空腹血清中上皮生长因子（ＥＧＦ）的含量。结果，灸后ＥＧＦ含量有明显增高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。表明保健灸能够调节机体ＥＧＦ的合成与释放。ＥＧＦ具有促进组织细胞生长增殖的作用，因而保健灸有益于机体的新陈代谢，延缓衰老的进程。
