摘要

用激光灸与艾灸治疗虚寒证支气管哮喘的随机对照临床研究，观察其对哮喘患者肺通气功能的调整作用。一组用ＣＯ２激光灸天突等穴位，另一组常规艾灸相同穴位作为对照。治疗后患者深吸气量、补呼气量、肺活量和最大通气量增加，呼气流量加快，一秒钟、二秒钟和三秒钟用力呼气容积占用力肺活量比值增加。显示激光灸与艾灸均对虚寒证哮喘有效并调整患者的肺通气功能，以激光灸有较好的疗效和更为明显地改善患者的肺通气功能。
