摘要

本文将６８例原发性高血压患者分为四组，分别针刺双侧耳穴＂心＂，体穴内关，＂心＂和内关（耳体组），耳穴＂胃＂和内关（对照组），观察和比较各组近期降压效应。结果，各组针刺后血压皆有不同程度下降，但耳体组血压下降值和临床有效率高于其它各组，耳穴组和体穴组的舒张压下降值高于对照组，各项比较皆具有统计学意义。提示内关和＂心＂具有协同效应。
