用亚甲蓝液，作长强会阴穴封闭，治疗肛门周围瘙痒症１４７例，治愈率为５１．８％，总有效率为９３．２％。其疗效明显优于苯海拉明液作肛周局部封闭治疗的效果（Ｐ＜０．０１）。
