摘要

本文结果表明：观察组（西药加针刺组）总有效率为９２．３１％；对照组（西药组）总有效率为７１．４３％，经Ｒｉｄｉｔ分析，有显著性差异，ｕ＝２．０２６，Ｐ＜０．０５。两组病人治疗前后脑脊液压力、眼压。血压及视乳头清晰度亦都有明显改善，但观察组优于对照组，各项指标经统计学处理，有显著性差异或呈差异性趋势，从而说明观察组降颅压作用较对照组明显，提示针刺能加强药物的降颅压作用。
