摘要

为了解不同灸法、灸量在灸法中的作用，本文观察了艾炷、艾条的强弱不同刺激对家兔全血组胺含量的变化。实验结果表明，强刺激艾条灸可使家兔全血组胺含量明显升高；而小艾炷灸可使家兔全血组胺含量明显降低；弱刺激艾条灸及大艾炷灸则对家兔全血组胺含量变化的影响不大。提示，艾灸的不同方法、刺激量的强弱在灸法中起决定作用。
