1 临床资料1.1 一般资料本组200例中男性123例

女性77例;年龄最小17岁

最大78岁

其中30～50岁138人;病程最短的1天、最长的20年

半年以内161人;其中坐骨神经炎49人

继发于增生性腰脊椎炎73人

腰臀部软组织损伤57
