摘要

本文采用免疫学方法制备大鼠实验性溃疡性结肠炎动物模型，并验证了隔药灸治疗的有效性。组织学与超微结构观察结果证实，隔药灸治疗实验性溃疡性结肠炎的疗效显著优于消炎药物柳氮磺胺吡啶的疗效（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示隔药灸气海、大肠俞具有健脾止泻、强壮补虚、促进溃疡修复作用。
