摘要

将６３例经肺功能检测为小气道阻塞性疾病患者，随机分成针刺２０分钟组、４０分钟组、６０分钟组，结果三组病人小气道功能均有改善，针刺前后有极显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．００１），在多项检测指标中，针后４０分钟、６０分钟疗效优于２０分钟（Ｐ＜０．００５），而４０分钟与６０分钟组间在统计学上无显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．００５）。提示针刺对小气道功能有调节作用，其疗效与针刺时间久暂具有相关性。
