摘要

以家兔胃肌电活动为指标，用旋转的方法建立实验性家兔胃节律紊乱的模型。观察６０只家兔特定穴之间、特定穴与非特定穴之间的针刺调整胃节律效应的差异性。特定穴足三里、内关针刺前后自身对照，二组穴位调整胃电紊乱波百分数及胃电慢波频率效应均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），但二组穴位之间比较无显著性差异；非特定穴条口、天泉针刺前后自身对照无显著性差异。足三里与条口穴，内关与天泉穴调整胃电紊乱波及胃电的慢波频率效应有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。
