摘要

本文用择时针刺（辰时、戌时）方法治疗缺血性中风患者，观察其对血浆ＴＸＢ_２和６－酮－ＰＴＦ_（１α）水平的影响，并与正常人组对照。结果表明，缺血性中风患者血浆ＴＸＢ_２水平高于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０１），而６－酮－ＰＧＦ_（１α）水平低于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０５）。辰时针刺后，血浆ＴＸＢ_２水平显著下降（Ｐ＜０．０５），６－酮－ＰＧＦ_（１α）水平略有上升（Ｐ＞０．１）。戌时针刺后，两者变化均不显著。
