摘要

本文对采用Ｈｅ－Ｎｅ激光针治疗肾小球肾炎５２例近期疗效进行分析和探讨。并根据不同临床类型，进行了血、尿常规，尿蛋白定量，肾功能，免疫学等综合指标的分组观察。结果显示，Ｈｅ－Ｎｅ激光治疗组疗效显著，其中慢性肾炎普通型和急性发作型疗效更佳。实践证明该疗法可作为慢性肾炎的现代治疗方法之一。
