摘要

选用同种健康青紫蓝家兔，随机分为针刺组、对照组和空白组。针刺组和对照组通过表面电极电刺激使股四头肌反复被动强直收缩运动。以离子选择电极测定骨骼肌细胞内钙离子活度观察针刺的作用。结果表明，针刺可使超负荷运动所致增高的骨骼肌细胞内钙离子活度值迅速降低。该结果有利于对针刺恢复运动所致延迟性肌肉酸痛作用机理的理解。
