摘要

本文对５０例冠心病Ⅱ导联心电图Ｓ－Ｔ段下移的患者进行了针刺即刻作用的比较观察。结果表明，电针后，内关、公孙穴组，内关组，公孙组，Ⅱ导联心电图Ｓ－Ｔ段均较针前有明显即刻趋正常提高作用（均Ｐ＜０．０１），而电针非穴位组及静卧组则没有此作用（均Ｐ＞０．０５）；电针内关、公孙穴组疗效最佳。
