摘要

太冲穴位于足大趾本节后

于足第1、2跖骨结合部前凹陷中取之。笔者单取太冲治疗肋间神经痛

疗效量著.51例患者

男32例

女19例;年龄在18～68岁之间;病程短者数小时

长者两个月;外伤引起者46例

发热诱发者3例

无明显原因者2例。治疗时令患者取坐位

双侧太冲穴常规消毒

28号1.5寸毫针直刺太冲穴

得气后轻插重提3～5次

然后边用捻转泻法边让患者做呼吸运动

胸腹部同时活动。捻转
