摘要

以实验动物血瘀病模型为基础，设立对照组、刺络组和针刺组，以观察各组动物实验前后在血液流变学中的循环内血小板聚集率、血球压积，全血粘度、红细胞聚集指数以及实验动物球结膜微循环的状况。结果表明，刺络疗法对实验动物血液流变学中血小板聚集影响最大，治疗结果比较有极显著差异（Ｐ＜０．００１），对微循环也有较大改善，提示刺络疗法对实验动物血瘀模型的作用可能主要是通过对血小板的影响及对微循环血流的改善。
