摘要

将１６只雄性家兔随机分为电针组和对照组各８只，分别在其腰背部植同种异体皮片３块。电针组从术后第３天开始，每天在足三里、三阴交穴处电针３０分钟，对照组则只针不通电，连续１０天。结果：电针组比对照组Ｔ淋巴细胞转化率明显降低（Ｐ＜Ｏ．０１），移植皮片存活期明显延长（Ｐ＜０．０５）。可以认为，电针疗法是调节移植免疫排异反应的一种手段。
