1 临床资料1.1 病例来源本组均为住院病人

按1985年全国第二届肾脏病学术会议肾小球疾病临床分型肾病综合征诊断标准(A)大量蛋白尿(超过3.5克/24小时)

(B)低蛋白血症(血浆白蛋白<3克/dl)

(C)明显浮肿

(D)高脂血症

(其中 A、B 两项为必备)无持续性高血压、肾功能正常或轻度氮质血症临
