摘要

结扎50只家兔冠状动脉左心室支30分钟

结扎即时给予电针"内关"10分钟

计算心室肌糖原和磷酸化酶减少和耗竭的面积

电针组存在较多的糖原和酶

与非针组之间具有显著差别。说明电针改变了缺血边缘区心肌糖原和酶的含量

因而有益于缺血的心肌。缺血后左心室腔明显扩张

而结扎后电针组左心室腔多数相似于假手术组

证明电针可加强心肌收缩力。
