摘要

将１０３例中医辨证为脾虚证的慢性胃肠道疾病患者随机分为熏脐灸组、敷脐组和艾灸组。经对照观察发现：药物敷脐主要改善脾虚患者的消化吸收功能；艾灸偏于提高机体免疫力；而熏脐灸兼有两者的作用。这说明熏脐灸法可强壮脾胃、坚固元气，其抗衰保健作用是有一定科学依据的。
