摘要

大鼠腹腔注射环磷酰胺后

其血清谷丙转氨酶、尿素(?)含量均较正常纽显著升高(P<0.01)

提示肝、肾功能出现异常变化;同时

动物胸腺、脾、肝、肾、胃及十二指肠等脏器亦发生一系列病理改变。针刺足三里能有效防止和治疗环磷酰胺对大鼠的上述损害

针刺尾部非穴点则无治疗作用

表明按中医理论和经络学说选取穴位诚属至关重要。
