摘要

1 一般资料 102例中

男34例

女78例

男女之比1:2.3;30～50岁者96例

占94%;脑力劳动者90例

体力劳动者12例;病程最短1年

最长11.5年。诊断标准:(1)无规律性上腹部胀病

食欲不振

暖气乏力

大便溏薄

消瘦

舌淡光滑。(2)胃镜:胃粘膜暗灰色

变薄

粘膜下静脉可见。(3)粘膜活检

腺体萎缩、减少。
